Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship on Fridays. So all packages will go out the Friday after they were ordered. All shipping in the United States cost a flat rate of $5.00. We ship through the postal service. All packages are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days. We send each customer a tracking number the day their items are shipped.

If your item is lost in the mail, please first contact the Post Office with your tracking number, as most packages do have up to $50.00 insurance. If you have any other issues or complaints please contact us through one of our contact information options.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return your item please inform us within the first 48 hours of arrival. We will have you ship the package back to us and will reimburse your money back onto your card. After that time period you may only get a particular refund or none.

If you would like to exchange anything just contact us through one of our contact options and we will get your items switched out.

If the package is damaged please take it straight to the postal service and contact us; as most packages do have insurance.
